I stayed for two nights and the final bill was exactly what I’d booked online. No weird surprise charges or anything, and the taxes were laid out clearly too. i was preeetty happy about that.

I signed up for Radisson Rewards last year after having a few hotel loyalty programs in the past that felt like more hassle than they were worth. This one has actually been smooth for me. My points showed up after each stay without me needing to follow up, and I ended up using some to bring down the cost of a weekend trip to Berlin. The app could definitely be a bit better, but it does the job. I also appreciated that the staff noticed my member status when I checked in — small thing, but it made the stay feel a little more personal.

My quick test for a good room is whether I can crash fast and wake up feeling decent. This one passed. The bed was really soft, and I slept so well. No complaints from me.

I booked through radissonhotels.com and the check-in process was smooth enough. The room seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable, so at first I felt like it was going to be a easy stay.

The main issue was the noise at night. I could hear doors slamming in the hallway and traffic outside even with the window closed. Around midnight, there were people talking loudly near the lifts, which made it hard to properly relax and sleep. If you’re a light sleeper or have an early start, it’s definitely something I’d be cautious about.

I mentioned it to the staff, and they were polite, but nothing really changed. I wouldn’t rule out staying here again, but I’d only do it if I could be sure of getting a quieter room away from the lifts and street side.

Stayed for one night and I kind of assumed the breakfast would be the usual basic hotel setup, but it ended up being the best part. The eggs were fresh, coffee was actually good, and there was plenty of fruit and pastries. It didn’t look fancy or anything, but everything tasted great, and the staff was quick to keep stuff filled. i’d stay again just for that breakfast.

I booked through radissonhotels.com and picked this hotel mainly because of the location. For me, being so close to the train station was a huge win, especially since it made getting around feel really simple and saved us a lot of time.
I liked that we could walk to food, shops, and the main sights without constantly dealing with taxis. Check-in was smooth enough, but in my opinion the real standout was just how convenient the whole stay felt.

Support got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. They did help with the issue, but I felt a little dismissed during the conversation, like they just wanted to move me along quickly...

For the price, the stay was definitely worth it. I’m mostly blaming myself for not booking it earlier because it turned out to be a really good deal.

Stopped by the restaurant and bar at the Radisson and had a nice time. The food came out quick, the drinks were solid, and the staff was friendly without hovering or making it a whole thing. Prices were about what you'd expect for a hotel, not too bad. I'd definitely go back for this or that if I was nearby

I stayed for one night the room was really clean when I walked in. The bathroom looked fresh, the towels were spotless, and the sheets even smelled nice. I usually notice dust around the desk or on the floor, but there wasn’t any. Cleanliness issues are so preventable, so I really appreciated that they clearly keep up with it. I was happy with the stay and would definitely book again.

Check in was quick and check out was easy too. No hassle really, everything went smooth.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for things, but check-in did take longer than I expected. I also had to ask twice for one thing, which was a bit annoying haha. Overall it wasn’t bad, but the service could definitely be a little smoother.

The room was clean and perfectly okay for a short stay, especially if you're trying to keep costs down. That said, the building definitely shows its age and could use some updating. I wouldn’t call it fancy, but for the price, it was manageable

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute because I’d completely overbooked myself and, that was on me. I was expecting it to turn into a hassle, but it was actually really easy to do on the site. The refund came back faster than I thought too, with no chasing emails or sitting on long calls. Really happy with how they handled it.

Stayed here for about 2 nights over the weekend and had a nice time. The gym was clean, the pool area was relaxing, and breakfast had maybe 8 or 10 different options, so everyone found something they liked. The WiFi worked fine in the room too, which is a big deal for me. Staff seemed to keep the lobby and shared areas tidy most of the time. Nothing super fancy, but it was comfortable, easy, and a good place to unwind for a couple days...

Booking my room was mostly smooth. I was kind of expecting to get lost in a bunch of extra steps, but the site was clear enough and I got through it without much fuss. The only thing was the payment page took a bit to load, which made me pause for a second like, wait, did it go through? But overall, it was easy enough.
